• What is the service life of the technical fabric?
The fabric delivered is from the German manufacturer HEYTEX or Belgian manufacturer SIOEN COATING. The service life of the fabric depends on many factors, such as UV radiation, climatic conditions, mechanical influences and others. For the time the POLAK CZ company has been active, we have not once replaced the fabric on a hall. For more information, see the site Technical parameters - Cladding types.
• What if the fabric on the hall bursts or is damaged in another way?
The fabric can easily be repaired by hot-air welding.
• Can the fabric on the hall come loose in the wind?
The fabric can be slightly loosened by the wind or climatic conditions. If simple maintenance and recommended inspections are carried out, the fabric will not come loose. You will receive the maintenance instructions and all necessary information during handover of the hall.
• Are foundations necessary for the prefabricated hall?
Yes, in most cases; there are, however, exceptions, when a building permit is not necessary. For more information, see the site Technical parameters - Building permit.
• What is the price for the prefabricated hall?
Inasmuch as we manufacture customized halls, every hall has different parameters and purpose. Therefore, a hall's price cannot be set in advance without further information. We will be glad to prepare a free price offer for you. Fill in the non-binding Enquiry form and we will contact you.
• What is the resistance of the prefabricated hall to snow and wind?
Every hall is designed according to the snow and wind load in the given region, supported by the static load calculation. For more information on the snow and wind regions, see the site Technical parameters - Basic parameters.
• Can a prefabricated hall be leased?
We do not allow lease of the hall. Halls are custom-made; each of them is implemented according to the customer’s specific requirements.

Not every bio is the same. Organic farming is defined by many rules, which specify the composition and origin of feed, principles of health care of livestock, overall ecological sustainability of the farm and, last but not least, method of animal stabling. The Czech Republic is known as the heart of Europe. However, it is also one of the main arteries and the gateway to Central Europe. Evidently, our geographical location has an influence on our industrial position as well. 30 years have passed since the Velvet Revolution in 1989, the main aim of which was to come up to the same level as other European countries. The huge differences have certainly been reduced, but still we are rather poor relatives.
Movement is crucial for adults as well as children. Particularly at a time when children increasingly suffer from obesity. Some schools, however, do not even have their own gyms, sports grounds or sports halls in the vicinity to provide shelter when playing sports. What does this mean for children?
